Sonic Drive-In

This was my first time at a Sonic, I was totally pumped because I always hear such good things... Unfortunately they must be visiting other Sonic's... First, I ordered and had to repeat the order over 5 times for 3 sandwiches a fry and a drink and they still GOT THEM WRONG!? Second, the gentleman who took my order left directly after taking it. My order did not get completed until he returned 45 minutes later... I was floored. Since the first part of my order was so hard to fill, I ordered the rest on the website. I received all of the order after I went back to the speaker and asked about the first, this was a 45 minute mark. Lastly, the food was good, I'll give them that...except for the hair on my chicken tender😭 This was so very upsetting I was so excited for Sonic and it turned out to

I will admit some of these review almost scared me away, but I had a great experience. Ordered through the app for pick-up. The app gave me trouble checking in, but staff resolved it immediately. No wait. Food was fresh and tasty.

I didn't even order. The line wasn't moving at all in the drive-thru. My family and I parked and went to the outside dining kiosk, pushed the button, and got no response. After standing there for a while, we observed the drive-thru line wasn't moving and noticed the kiosk was physically damaged. The drive-in area had damaged and non-working kiosks. We considered the drive-thru, but it was still stagnant. I do not recommend.

Went for a coney dog ordered ahead online still waited over 10 minutes for my order. The hot dog wasn’t even hot by the time I received it. Employees were having too much fun to realize that I had called the store as well as hit the red button before pulling through the drivethru. You can see the cheese is hardening on my food because it was just sitting out.

My wife insisted we eat her despite the horrid reviews. I can tell you, the reviews ate true. I got the chili cheese Frito burrito. It came in a 6 inch wrap, had two fritos(I opened it out of disbelief and barely no filling. It was lukewarm as well. My wife got the garlic butter burger. Dripping wet with liquid from the onions, lukewarm and horrible. Believe the reviews, this place should close for good and stop ruining the good name of Sonic.
