Somervell County Library

Endless Discoveries school-age students had a blast on June 20, 2023, at the Somervell County Public Library! Not only did we spend time with some good books, we also were entertained by Bonzo Crunch - Fool at Large! Rik Gern has been entertaining children with his juggling and magic shows since 1978. He is a veteran of Ringling Brothers Barnum and Baily Circus, and he currently resides in Austin. We're so glad he made the trip to Glen Rose!

As a local, I am often asked, "What's there to do around here after all the tourist activities?" I do the back roads!

I love this library so much! They have so many books and I love the summer shows they host. Both ladies that work there are so lovely and helpful!

This library is great! It has almost every book topic you can think of, and they have very nice staff. Would recommend.
