Soluna Sip

Formerly known as refined roast, Anna came back as Soluna Sip and somehow managed to be even better than before. The drinks here are so innovative and tasty. You can certainly tell home much she cares about her craft. Everytime I have someone who wants to try matcha I bring them here because I know that her drinks are consistently wonderful, creative and seasonal, and very reasonably priced. Excited to keep seeing what at she does with the soluna sip name and looking forward to following along with her growth!

Formerly Refined Roast off Erie St, Soluna Sip soft opening was this past weekend and of course we had to stop by! Grand opening is August 1st! We learned always come early because they already ran out of their specialty drinks (because all syrups made fresh in house) so we opted for the cinnamon brown sugar matcha latte with almond milk and it was SO GOOD. If you’ve ever tasted or tried Horchata before, it reminded us of that flavour and the matcha quality was SO good - you could taste both equally We’re excited to return and keep trying all the awesome matcha drinks Anna comes up with! Congrats on the new place!!! PS. Soluna Sip is located IN All on Board Charcuterie if you have trouble locating it!

I love Anna's matcha and cold brew ! Best in town. She always makes you feel welcomed and creates the best experience when trying to get caffeinated. She has so many new drinks and flavours to try from.

From the moment you step in, you can feel the incredible energy and passion that has gone into creating this beautiful space. First and foremost, let's talk about the matcha – it is truly OUT OF THIS WORLD! I've tried matcha at many places, and Soluna Sip's version is exceptionally smooth, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. Just looking at the two stunning drinks in the picture gives you an idea of the quality and care they put into every cup. If you're a matcha enthusiast, you absolutely need to experience this. A massive congratulations to the entire Soluna Sip team on their soft opening! What an incredible success – hearing they sold out and had to close early

This place is absolutely incredible! Anna creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The matcha is amazing (and I’m very picky about my matcha!). Everything here feels crafted with care, and I can’t recommend this spot enough.
