Sol's Hot Dogs

This quaint hot dog stand is serving up Birmingham nostalgia. The dining area serves as ode to the Birmingham style weiner. Aside from the trip down memory lane, the food is served up fresh and plentiful.

The cook had a nasty attitude, her and the other girl was on the phone the entire time. I got home to eat my sandwich and this is what I got for $3.81. My bologna was not cooked properly, my cheese was not melted and my food was unacceptable. I'm very displeased and I wouldn't encourage anyone to go and get this kind of service.

Awesome food! The spot is small but so clean and the decor is wonderful.

Food is good and staff is great. 2 hotdogs fries and a drink for $11. Bacon cheeseburger and fries $12. BLT or the fried bologna sandwiches are great. However, if there wasn't cars out front you would think is an abandoned building. Bum's out front daily.

Best hidden gem. I love they hot dogs. And it's always clean when i go inside
