Solo Brew is the best coffee shop in the entire High Desert although the lines can be a little long it’s soooo worth it! The drinks have the perfect amount of flavoring, sweetness, and creaminess. The staff here are always the best, and ensure that your drinks are made perfectly and within a timely manner even if your order is fairly large. Their vegan cinnamon roll was amazing, however, if you are wanting a food item you must come early because they sell out fast!

Heckin long line today, but that just shows you how much the community loves Solo Brew and Roasters! This was my first ever time here, and even though the line was long, I didn't wait long at all. The way the owners worked under pressure will have me making the trip more often! Keep up the good work y'all! Keep your heads up! Not to mention, their menu is great and their prices are even better!!

This place is going to make Apple Valley famous. Amazing coffee. We were genuinely surprised by the quality on our first visit, then came back and were impressed all over again. Consistent drinks and great service.

Solo Brew & Roasters is a true high-desert gem! Amazing coffee, cozy atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Always worth the stop. I love the lavender iced latte and their matcha is AMAZING !!

Possibly the last roaster in the High Desert, and maybe the only place remaining where the coffee tastes like coffee. All the syrups and flavors are made in-house. There is a rotating monthly menu of flavored lattes and teas where the advantage of this really shines through. If you take your coffee a less sweet, they will happily accommodate you, just ask. Otherwise the lattes are on the sweeter side. I enjoy the coffee itself a lot. The darker roasts are earthy with some dark fruit notes, some acidic qualities without tasting burned, and the beans are very reasonably priced. The baked goods are delightful when they're available.
