Showed up here at 2:57 on a Saturday. Was I aware that they closed at 3pm, yes. Nonetheless if your business is open until 3 you typically accept customers even if it leaves you working maybe 20 minutes longer.As soon as I walked in the women stopped and asked what I needed help with and once I told her she proceeded to cackle and say "no". It's horrible customer service to laugh as you deny service because your too lazy.Came into the office while the business was still open meaning I should have been helped up until closing time. Example, when a store closes everyone doesn't get to go home until all the customers are taken care of, it's not sorry we can't help you get out.

I bought a car and went there to get my tags and title done. The older woman at the front desk who handles things was extremely rude. I don't recommend now will I be returning for future needs.

We were moving from West Virginia back to PA. The lady, Jackie was wonderful Great employee
