Solid Rock Cafe

We were visiting in Ephraim and noticed this lovely old home transformed into a unique cafe. Menu items are top quality while prices are extremely reasonable.( $3.50 for the most delicious cheesecake I've ever tasted) We had the Lobster Bisque, Greek Salad, and London fog latte. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. It's a welcoming atmosphere where college students mingle.

the best part of my day. i typically order a drink that isn’t on the menu and a little but more difficult to make. the whole staff is amazing but there are three guys here that go seriously above and beyond everyday to make sure i’m being taken care of and that my drink is always up to par, etc. my drink also always looks so good and they always put extra effort. they’re AMAZING!!! will forever be my favorite coffee shop!

I loved my visit to the Solid Rock Cafe. The guy who took my order was very helpful and didn't shy away when I asked for his recommendation. I ordered a caramel frappe and a chocolate muffin, both were delicious. I am not the biggest fan of coffee, but I like the frappes at McDonalds, so this frappe was similar so I still enjoyed it, but far more refined and with a hint more coffee. The muffin was warm and rich and they stick an extra pat of butter in the top so it is just to die for when you eat it. Solid Rock has very nice and original decor, and it's close to campus so I can start pretending I'm in "Friends" while still being on time for class. The only way this establishment could improve is if they had free wifi. They also host an open mic on Thursday nights so definitely check that o

My wife and I were there today as tourists. We highly recommend the place. The staff are very friendly, and the cappuccino with muffins is amazing. Go there!

I love solid rock!! best coffee in Ephraim, hands down. I highly recommend trying the mediterranean bagel, best item on the menu and very reasonably priced! No matter what bagel you get, you will be in love.
