Sol De Jalisco

This is a great family Mexican Resturant. Starting with great chips and sausage! I knew I was in a great place when I tasted the bean dip! I had the chicken enchilada with three sauces. My favorite is the red sauce. All are good and very generous portions. I’ll come back next time I’m driving thru!

Food and service were amazing! What a pleasant surprise right here in Wellington! Staff was very helpful! What a great selection! The shrimp did not taste fishy and frozen!

Servers, made sure everything was good; drink topped. atmosphere is nice looking with sports playing on TVs. Would like to try a couple alcoholic drinks there one day

Driving through from Wyoming to Denver. Food at this restaurant was delicious 🤤 definitely will recommend this place. We shared the chilaquiles breakfast 🍳 we live in Arizona and the Mexican cuisine is very different from Colorado cuisine. Use the restroom at this establishment and they were spotless very clean. Next time I’m passing through Wellington, I hope I remember this place because I would definitely come back. I will refer this to family and friends everywhere. Great that they have two locations👌👌👌

Very good foodand service. We had the Sol fajitas and they were great. Our son had ground beef enchiladas with red sauce and they were good too. If you like good Mexican food you have to visit.
