My experience today at Sobol Syosset was amazing! I got there with a group of 20 students in a field trip. I didn’t call ahead. Kiara and Yadira were OUTSTANDING taking care of all the orders so quickly and with a smile. The store was clean and tidy, the food was excellent, and service was outstanding. I am so impressed I had to leave a review.

Quick service, plenty of parking, enough space for a quick meet up with a couple of friends. My kids all got the smallest size - 8pm kid size and it was perfect for them.they also had waffles which were good enough for my you gear but just OK to me. But as long as my kid liked it…😅🤷🏻‍♀️ We got the mango pineapple bowl ❤️, regular açaí bowl ❤️, waffle 👍, chocolate cacao 👍 The only thing is that it is quite pricey; smallest size is about $9 and change, medium is about $12 and the largest is about $27. They do offer a rewards program via their app which would be worth it if you are planning to again even once. The fruits were all fresh and their granola is ❤️

Not sure how this establishment gets as many stars as they do the way it operates. Maybe location? Or lack there of in the area? The customer service in this place is piss poor. The kid behind the counter looks like he hates working there and was forced to by his parents and barely says a word unless you repeat yourself. The containers they use is confusing when it comes to bowls. The key is they’re not using bowls, they are soup containers so trying to eat a açaí bowl is not very convenient and wasn’t thought out. Not only that but the açaí base was frozen so the whole experience was terrible. Maybe other customers might have a better experience but highly doubt it. I would go to another location.

I was In the area for business and came across this lovely establishment. The store was clean and welcoming, no odd smell. They took proper precautions for the current pandemic. Their açaí bowl was amazing. I replaced the honey with peanut butter. Very hefty bowl and The price was a little over $10. Well spent 💛

I went in with my husband and my baby and we bought two regular sized açaí bowls. There was barely any acai and there was a ton of granola. We basically paid $26 for granola and barely any fruit. We go to Sobol frequently at other locations, we know the açaí bowls are served and this is definitely not up to par.
