I went on Sunday for a spiralina. My son was home not feeling well. And Kendall helped me! She was patient kind courteous and helpful as this was my first time there!! I will go back!!! 💙💜💙💜smoothie was perfect for him and she was more than helpful.

I just ordered from here, the cashier had gloves on, handled my money and then proceeded to make my smoothie without changing her gloves. This is a major violation of food handling safety protocols. Food prep cannot be done with gloves that handled money. What made it worse was that in the middle of making my smoothie, the person who was waiting on me used the same gloved hands to help the other worker hold a garbage can down. I asked if they were planning on changing gloves after touching the garbage can and this struck them as a completely insane request. I was told that the one who was making my food didn't touch the garbage inside, only the outside of the garbage can, which is probably worse than had she touched the stuff in the can. THE WORST LOCATION!! I asked for light granola and the girl gave me an acai bowl that was less than 3/4 full. I politely asked her why & she replied it’s because you asked for light granola and also because we got new bowls 😳😳😳 I was in disbelief, she didn’t correct this knowing that I was unhappy. I purchased this with light granola countless times in different location and I’ve never witness this before. Never again will I visit this location. I feel robbed of $11.13. If you read the other reviews, it seems like a lot of consumers got the same. Very disappointed as a loyal SolBol customer!!

I always order an açai bowl in the size super, and the girls didn’t even fill it up all the way if I knew this was going to happen I would’ve just ordered the medium size she put more granola than the actual açai. I should be getting what I pay for! The employees name was Margaret

9.83 for a kids bowl thats the size of my palm. Watered down acai with most of it being granola & 1.50 extra for a little drop of Nutella. Save your money and go somewhere else. You’ll get more for your money.
