So Kong Dong

Honestly, this was one of the most authentic Korean food experiences I’ve had outside of Korea. I ordered the mixed tofu soup, and it was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. Just be careful when choosing the spice level. I ordered medium, and it was actually quite spicy. It was still enjoyable, but definitely spicier than expected, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to heat. The meal also came with generous side dishes, which made the experience even better. Overall, it felt truly authentic, and I would definitely recommend it.

Omg I can’t even express how fire the tofu soup is. It’s very authentic — the right hint and combination of tanginess and spiciness, and the tofu comes in big chunks, not those small tofu squares. Even though I got takeout and didn’t expect much, it completely passed my expectations. It was still so good and definitely worth it.

Sokongdong is such a great spot for Korean food! Everything we tried tasted really good, and the prices are honestly amazing. We ordered a full table of dishes and the total was just a little over a hundred dollars — definitely great value. The service was also very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The steak was especially delicious, and the other dishes were also solid. Overall, a wonderful meal for a great price!

One of the original soft tofu places in Fort Lee. Good place to eat. Service was good. Prices are decent. Portions were good. Tofu was good and soft, tasty. Small parking lot.

I ordered a spicy pork lunch box for delivery, but when I started eating it, the meat felt unusually soft. When I checked more closely, I realized the pork was undercooked, as shown in the photo. I was unable to eat it and requested a refund, but my request was denied. This is a serious health concern and could have put me at risk. Please make sure to check that the meat is fully cooked before eating when ordering from this restaurant.
