Finally, a truly authentic sushi joint in Colorado! As a white person, I’m picky when it comes to sushi and seek out only authentic experiences. I got the Creamy Shaggy Dog with mayonnaise topping. My partner got the Kroger Crunchy Combo. We love to eat farm to table, local options when possible, which is why we purchased a California roll as well. The crab was fresh, and the mayonnaise was Helmens. The soy sauce packet even had real Japanese writing on it. This place is a hidden gem in Colorado, and great for date night.
This is King Soopers, not a restaurant.
