Snow Cone Island #5

I came here recently came here for the first time. It’s right next to Crab Castle Desoto. The prices are pretty reasonable, and for it to be a hot day they have a water fountain in the middle were kids can play. Or if you just want to cool off yourself. And also, a decent shaded area in the front depending on where you’re standing/sitting. I tried their large blue coconut with cream. It was good, not super sweet and just the right amount of cream. It’s not the best snow cone I’ve had, but If I was close in the area I would stop by this place again.

The service here was so wonderful, the gentlemen in the window greeted me asking me how was my day. Me and my family had such a good experience here we order and took our snowcone home since it’s a 2 minute walk. I got the wedding cake with cream and it was so delicshh.

I went to this place today 09/28/25 at 4:00pm and received the worst Customer Service I have ever received in my life. The Lady with the blonde pom pom with neck tattoo had the driest attitude did not great us and we had to ask her if she was ready to take order. If I could I would give this place a 0 but I had rate it a 1 so that everyone else knows and also so that the Company know that the Customers are the reason they are in business. I will not be patronizing any business that does not at least acknowledge the Customers when they are standing in front of them.

the lady that commented lying the girls where so sweet and nice she was just in a bad mood and the girls made a lot of tips from great service don’t let one person fool you from the rest of us experiencing good service from the sweet ladys that helped me with my big 20 snow cone order !! Great job ladies keep it up :) YUMMY

Great service can be a bit slow certain times of the day. Love the snow cones.
