Smoothie King

This was my first time visiting Smoothie King, and it was very disappointing. When I arrived around 5:00 p.m., I was immediately told they were out of both blueberries and strawberries, which seemed surprising for that time of day. I asked the young man at the counter what he recommended and agreed to try it—only to find out his recommendation originally included blueberries and strawberries. He said they would substitute mango and something else instead. There were three employees working, including a young woman who appeared to be in charge, wearing something that said “crew leader” or “crew chief.” She was the one preparing the bowl. While waiting, I overheard her talking to a coworker about the bananas. Unfortunately, my smoothie contained bananas, and they were clearly rotten. Based o

Rudest customer service experience by far. My friend and I came in about 5 minutes before closing, we were not greeted with hello or anything when we walked in. The girl working did not even look at us while she took our order. Was very short and rude to us. She was slamming her scoops into the sinks and hitting the machines very loudly around us. We felt very uncomfortable with her attitude. This was my first and last experience.

Have great smoothies. They can add protein to them and make the flavors to order. There's a WI-FI hotspot there. Today they lost my order but eventually asked if I had one after everyone else cleared out. I take it was the manager who I quired if I had an order. He recognized my name on a ticket and quickly made it right. Great smoothie.

Horrible service. Employees have no manners and no care for there job. Came in for an online order and was treated horribly. Acted as though I was invisible. While waiting they made smoothies for people who came in after me. Probably won't be coming back. Super disappointed

I’ve had smoothies here before and this was my first smoothie bowl, it was delicious! Perfect amount of food. The drinks are so good too. The staff is kind and ordering in the app makes it super easy! :)
