Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill

I door dashed multiple food items, all starting at $25 each. For myself, I ordered a French Dip, no onion, no au jus. The sandwich arrived covered in onion (I am allergic to onion). I went through Door Dash to let them know the item was incorrect, then I called only to let Smoky Mtn know that items were being made incorrectly. I was very polite, she was very rude. I had her on speaker phone and my adult daughter and her husband both said how rude she was to me. (They suggested I write this review.) She kept cutting me off and basically hung up on me, she said goodbye while I was speaking then hung up. Purchase was October 8, 2025 around 7:30pm.

Awesome brie wrapped in puff pastry with huckleberry, jalapeño jam. And the supreme pizza thin crust was awesome. Waitress was very sweet and we'll be back.

Very quiet on Sunday night. The kids had fun making their own pizzas! Staff was very attentive and thoughtful/intuitive. I forgot to specify no cheese on my French dip but the waitress had the forethought to know that I said we can't have it for the salad so logically I couldn't have it on the sandwich! Something many other places have spaced on that so I was very grateful 😊) The pickled onions with the French dip was a great pop of flavor (more subtle than the horse radish almost sweet). The shrimp & penne had a fun balance of creamy sauce with a nice kick of spice. Great night out as a family.

I ordered delivery hoping for a good meal, but the experience was really frustrating. The order arrived over an hour after ordering even though I only ordered fries and a salad. I expected better quality and I hope they can improve their delivery process, because this experience definitely wasn’t worth it. 😕

If you're in town for Idaho sturgeon fishing, this pizza spot will hit the spot after a day on the water. My son and I stopped by and started with the generous mozzarella sticks, which were crispy and came with a sauce that was delicious. We then ordered a medium Carnivore pizza with the original crust. It was hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Great food and service with that mom and pop feel.
