Honestly can’t believe I haven’t left any review for the best restaurant in the world. It’s a Michelin star restaurant in my eye. The only place deserving it in NC. Based on quality, presentation, price, uniqueness it deserves a Michelin star. And I’ve travel extensively to different city and country and still have not seen a concept like this. Better than any place in La, Miami, tulum, anywhere. Nobu and all these other Michelin star restaurants cannot compare. I can eat here 10 times a week, and still have a different dish every time. And I have. It was amazing. Mark my word, the chef or this place will get a Michelin star before it’s said and done. What other place you know that can serve kangaroo, rabbit, quail, frog legs as a delicacy in one month. If you don’t believe me, please show

Decided to give this place a try for our anniversary as all the reviews were great. It did not disappoint and well worth the almost an hour drive. Friendly service, phenomenal food, and plenty of street parking. Everything we had was incredibly delicious and we can’t wait to return as their menu always changes. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed eating here. The food is very bbq driven but with a twist on it I can’t really describe. All the meats had this very good smokey flavor to it. They had plenty of cool delicious cocktails and beer choices. Pretty small place and definitely has a line most of the time we were told.

First time at SmokeStacks and won't be the last! Went for brunch on a Saturday. Ordered one of the drink specials - a watermelon margarita. One of the best cocktails I have ever had! Had the Smoked Steak & Cheese Hash. Steak was cooked perfectly and the cheese potatoes were extra crispy and flavorful. The cheese sauce puts the meal over the top!

We’ve been coming here since 2019 and just love it. The menu changes regularly which is part of the charm. And everything we’ve eaten is amazing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We cannot recommend them enough. Definitely a bit of a hidden gem (it’s literally in the middle of the Oakwood neighborhood!) in downtown Raleigh. Mark has been our server many times and we just love him!!!
