Smokehouse BBQ

Some of the best BBQ brisket sandwiche, collard greens, and sweet potatoes I have ever had. The horseradish sauce with the Bama BBQ sauce (have to ask for it) was perfect. The collard greens where seasoned perfect with plenty of tender meat in it. Wife let me have some of her BBQ beans that were spicy and awesome. Wish this place was were we live!

We stopped here before heading to Rocky Mountain National Park and really enjoyed the food. The burnt ends were amazing, and the chicken wings and spare ribs were very tasty. The BBQ sauces were on point, and the mac and cheese was also really good. Some of us tried the mojitos and they were refreshing. The only thing that fell short was the brisket. It was too dry and lacked flavor, which was disappointing compared to the rest of the meal. Overall, it’s a great spot for BBQ with some standout dishes and a nice way to fuel up before exploring the park.

My half pound pork barbecue was very large, not fatty, and tasted great. The onion straws were plentiful, but just average-not much flavor. It was my first and last visit. You walk in and order at a register. Then get a number and chose a table in the dining room. I paid upfront and included an 18% gratuity, which was completely unnecessary since the person who took our order just delivered the meal and did absolutely nothing else. You clear your own table. Package your own lefovers and get your own water. You pay extra for sides, so overall this visit was quite disappointing.

This was some of the best BBQ we have ever had! We got the 1.5lb meat platter for a family of 4 and everything was delicious!! We went at an “off-time” so it wasn’t busy and customer service was great! The girl at the counter explained the whole menu to us and was patient while we decided what to order.

Great BBQ stop, meat was tender and not dried out. My husband smokes his own brisket and so we are picky when it comes to smoked meat/bbq. The sides were really good too, best collard greens I’ve ever had hands down. Recommend the chicken wings, brisket, and pork ribs! Sides recommend corn on the cob, collard greens, and/or Mac and cheese. Meals come with corn bread as well.
