Smoke Lordz BBQ

As a Texan who is experienced with a variety of the smoked meat places here, Smoke Lordz punches way above its weight. The brisket had that great bark and just the right tug. They are doing everything right, the smoke profile was clean and assertive. The ribs had a beautiful balance of sweet and heat without being over-sauced. Their mac and cheese was awesome, and paired great with the smoked meats. This place may be new, but it’s running with the big dogs. If you know your way around a smokehouse, you’ll taste the difference.

Smoke Lordz catered our Father's Day Barbecue. Matt was gracious enough to send us the most specific directions for reheating. The brisket was perfectly smoked and was juicy. The mac n' cheese melted in your mouth and the rib meat fell off the bone. The meat used was quality. I highly recommend giving them a try for your next affair!

Had the pleasure of enjoying some of best ribs I’ve ever had today! Fall of the bone is an understatement! The rubs(3 different types, sweet, pecan and voodoo!) the voodoo had a little kick to them, but were delicious! Tomahawk steak - OMG melted in your mouth! Chicken wings were fresh and moist! Best BBQ around! This is a must try/go to place!

We recently had Smoke Lordz BBQ at a pool party and they were the hit of the party!! The food was delicious-EVERYthing on the menu was fantastic!! It’s hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to choose it would be the delicious homemade cornbread and the pulled pork with the homemade sauce! YUM!! Lemme tell ya somethin’ right now: Smoke Lordz BBQ ain’t playin’. I went to pick up thinkin’ I was just gonna grab a plate, maybe enjoy a lil’ somethin’ on the side. Nah. These people hit me with a spiritual experience. First off, the BBQ beef ribs? Forget about it. These ribs were so tender I swear they resigned from the bone. I picked one up and it practically said, “Bro, take it easy, I’m fallin’ apart here.” The bark had that perfect smoky crunch, the kind of flavor that makes you close your eyes and reconsider every bad food decision you’ve ever made. Then we got the brisket. I’m tellin’ ya—this wasn’t brisket, this was a slow-smoked love letter.
