Smitty's Pizza IIII

Placed an order for delivery and my pizza was over an hour late. I had to call them 3 or 4 times to inquire abt it and was told each time that it was out for delivery. The pizza itself was good but service was not!!! After all that they should've given me a discount or a future free pizza but of course they didn't. This was the first time ordering and will be my last.

I have ordered here in the past so many times and I didn't really have any problems, but the last 3 times I've ordered, everything has been horrible meaning. The pizzas I've ordered was not fully cooked or they was all over the place. The toppings the chef's salad I ordered was old salad. It was Brown and the cost of everything. It is definitely not worth And this place has really went downhill. Completely. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody.

They said 20 minutes, more like over 45 minutes. They put everything on it, but sauce and cheese! You don't know what pizza is. It's simple, a Good/Thick sauce on top of the dough. And a thick layer of Cheese on top! And lots of fixings between. It had lots of fixings (that's why you got a two). But NO Cheese on top! When you take a bit, the fixings go everywhere but your mouth. The cheese keeps the fixings in place. Next day, had a $2.99 slice of No Name pizza at a TA truck stop. It was much better than yours.

My husband and I LOVE Smitty's Pizza! The food is amazing, not just their pizza, but everything, reasonably priced and the customer service is outstanding! If you've just driven by this little location in Belpre,OH and haven't stopped, you're missing out!

Calzone was not even near the quality I am used to. The mushrooms were defiantly canned, the onions crunchy and the sauce could have been better. Pizzas are good. Will never have the Calzone again. It also needed more cheese.
