Called three times an hour before they closed. First time answer, the phone said nothing. And just let me listen to Family Guy on the television. Second time I called Sid, absolutely nothing. Third time I called, they just hung up on me very unprofessional way to do business, I would recommend using anyone else other than this company

Randall is very knowledgeable and affordable. He offers great customer service and flexibility. I called him to do a home closing document notarization for me and he was wiling to work around my work schedule and get it done, he also was able to fax the documents for me. I will be going to him again in the future. I have also used his services to do title transfers. I got my titles within 2 weeks when going to him for them. Great guy to work with.

Mr. Smith is an awesome super-pro and I would trust him 110%. Although he knows all the tricks of the trade, PennDot is dreadful and he does his best to chase those shylockers. This is my second car with him where the title gets 'lost' somewhere or just flat out bungled. I don't even live in America and cannot exactly set around by the mailbox. Not that PennDot cares, because they do not. I tried not to pester Randall too much on stuff that is not his fault, but it has been a day of jubilation when the titles show up after he has been shaking their tree. He really cares about his clients, and builds relationships. Thank you Mr. Smith.

All around a great guy. Finally, I got to visit Randall today for a title transfer. Prices were reasonable, and the process was so quick compared to the old pen and paper. Extremely pleased with my trip.

Rude Unprofessional. Been 8+ months an i called dcnr about my title they never recieved paperwork or money to transfer title meanwhile have multiple title transfers done at other places an got them back already. Hung up on me when I started questioning him about things dcnr told me... UPDATE: Mr. Smith has been working with me these past couple of months trying to get this problem resolved.
