Luisa at this location was very sweet and helpful. She really made sure our experience was the best it could be, and looked out for our needs even when we were the last customers of her shift.

I usually love smashburger. Today inordered it through uber eats. They charge an extra $2.04 to add “freshly smashed avocado. This is what i got in my burger… a piece of avocado. Not even a whole half. If i didnt have my newborn, i would drive all the way over there to have them add the appropriate amount and item. Its not even smashed… literally just a lump of avocado.

George was absolutely amazing! His customer service was top-tier. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted. He noticed it was my first time and went above and beyond by offering free fries along with a military discount. His kindness and positive energy truly stood out — he has such a genuine spirit. We need more people like George in the world!

This is the second time I’ve come to this Smashburger location, and unfortunately, I was treated poorly again — by the same employee. The staff member’s attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable both times. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect. It’s disappointing because I was hoping my first experience was just a one-time issue, but clearly it was not. I really hope management addresses this, because customer service makes a big difference.
