Heyyyyy I’m baaaack! Another review for your review… This visit was on a Wednesday between 4 and 5 pm….shout out to Latia..!! She was the young lady overseeing the shift She was sweet … friendly and professional WHICH IS RARE OUT HERE IN THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE STREETS!!! Thank you Latia!!! SMASHBURGER RANDOLPH ROAD, HOLD ON TO HER AND Whoever was cooking today…! I ordered the Double classic and sweet potato waffle fries… Vicki ordered crispy Brussel sprouts and tots (my napoleon dynamite voice )🤣 I frequently DoorDash from here …. GUYS…. This locatioN IS ALWAYS CONSISTENT IN FLAVOR AND QUALITY OF FOOD and CLEANLINESS….WHICH IS RARE IN THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE STREETS!!! Shout out to the kitchen!!! I was happy to have this experience today . *Plenty of space for dining outdoors. *Veget

My husband and I tried Smashburger for the first time today and it was absolutely Amazing!! 10/10 would 100% recommend. It was delicious. And our host Latia was the sweetest. We didn’t know what to order and she was so patient and made the best recommendations. Perfect customer service! Thank you Latia!! You’re the best!! We plan to come back with our family next time. Best burger I have ever had and the smash fries are amazing!! Everything was seasoned and cooked so yummy!! Will be back soon!!

the burgers and service here are solid in my experience, but i’m just posting this as a warning to anyone thinking about trying the mac and cheese. look at it, it’s an abomination. and even if it were appetizing it’s $6 for them to fill it up not even half way. no success in trying to get my money back.

First time here and 100% recommend this place. Al greeted me so enthusiastically and helped me choose the right burger based on my preferences. He also kept checking if everything’s good while I’m dining. Got the bacon cheese burger with grilled mushrooms&onions and chili cheese fries. A+ on it being well seasoned. Ended up getting a milkshake and Klohe very patiently helped me choose and described the flavors exactly. Got the cinnamon bread pudding and it did taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Appreciate the whole team making my experience here very pleasant! Highly recommend!

The food was amazing but the customer service was even better! Not too many fast food places I can say that for. Al & Jayden were great. They were super friendly, Charismatic, & attentive. I got the brisket burger & the Cinnamon bread pudding milkshake(which was too good to grab a picture for lol). We enjoyed our experience and will certainly be back again!
