I’m often a loyal fan of ordering bulk cupcakes or individuals when I’m in the area. I often drive to this location from midtown. However, my last two custom orders were a fail. From my 45th birthday custom cake being lopsided and filled with icing to make up the uneven differences, which on the outside you couldn’t see the imperfections until you sliced the overly icing filled, uneven cake. Then my custom company cupcakes being less than the size of the premade store bought cupcakes…. Pure disappointment. It’s hard to settle these kind of issues when you order something custom, then arrive to pick up and you have a to leave with a disappointing product; as there’s no room to fix a custom made item, when you are picking up the day of your event. I no longer have faith in this location and

I walked into Smallcakes Cupcakery Smyrna not knowing what to expect, but left with the most delicious cupcakes I’ve had in a long time. The cupcakes were perfectly moist, the frosting just the right amount of sweetness, and they even have a great selection of gluten‑free options. The staff were friendly and helped me pick some gorgeous cupcakes to celebrate a friend’s special day. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this bakery near me to anyone craving a tasty treat.

My husband and I chose to do a private cake together before our reception. I wanted something elegant, but simple and timeless. That is exactly what I got when I picked up the cake. We actually saved our cake from 9/7/2024 and opened it 1 year later and it was still intact and to our surprise still tasted good.
