Slim Chickens

This slim chickens has no clue what they're doing. Every time I go to this specific slims, I'm missing an item or its just poor quality. Ordered some potato salad and I guess they were running low so they topped the dish up with what appears to be dish water, idk, it's foul. Straight up throwing money away to spend it here. Check out the pics of runny potato hell. And listen, I have to imagine it's an owner issue. I've never seen a staff member twice turnover is so bad, and wouldn't you know, quality hasn't improved with new staff. Hey boss, pretty sure that means you're the problem as manager/owner. I love slim chickens but this one doesn't deserve a dime.

Ordered from the location 6 minutes from my house when arrived it was shockingly cold to the point of not able to eat it. Glad I spent $20 and barely got any fries(which were ICE cold) and rock hard toast that even my dog wouldn’t eat.

Food was good this time but how hard is it to follow the order!? Shorted two sauces, that I paid extra for. I always have issues with this location. Last time I got a salad there the lettuce was rancid and I had a hair in my sauce. I’m not very pleased with this location and nothing was done the last time. Some people have limited time to grab lunch during work and I really didn’t think I had to double check my order. I would advise you do so if you order from store #0032. I understand it’s just sauce, but I want what I paid for.

Waited over 30 minutes for our order. It was ready sitting in the window for 10 minutes. Had to tell 2 different employees if they can bag it and even that took forever. I haven't had any issues at other locations but this one-poor service and poor quality of food as it was cold by the time we got it. Had gotten it to go and went to hospital right next to it and it was cold

03/06/2026 around 8:40pm - Worst experience I’ve ever had at a slims. The younger girl they had working at the drive thru window(maybe high school) was extremely rude and very obviously hated working here. ON TOP OF, making me pull forward and wait after letting 4-5 cars retrieve their food and leave, the food was OBVIOUSLY sitting in the cold, and was old. This was extremely disappointing. Awful experience and dang near considering reaching out to corporate because this doesn't just reflect the girl at the window, but the management that allows this sort of behavior. It would make sense if it were one item that was cold, but no. It was my entire order. Disgusting behavior, quit your job if you hate it that much.
