Absolutely phenomenal customer service!! Every employee I encountered was so helpful, cheerful, and pleasant! I really think that must be a fabulous work atmosphere if everyone employed there is that wonderful to their customers. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you so much for delicious food and making us feel so well taken care of!
The staff was friendly. Bathrooms was nice and clean. I came in for lunch and was immediately greeted by the cashier. It took me about 7 minutes to get my order and when it finally came out my food was hot. I appreciate the fact that they actually took the time to prepare my order. So i didn’t mind the wait.
The place is always clean and spotless, food is always given to me and my family on time and always hot. The staff are really sweet. I’ll keep going every week. Thank you Slim Chickens!!
So, I have been here on three occasions. I got my money back twice; after a 45 min wait and a order that was not my own and then the third time I ordered grilled chicken wrap and got a fried one. The grease was old and it tasted horrible it needs better management and delagation
My food is always fresh and the staff have excellent customer service!
