Slices Concession

I’ve purchased two Taylor soft serve machines from Slices Concessions. Both experiences have been stellar! Great communication, fair prices, knowledgeable technicians and they are all super friendly. I’ve been working in the soft serve ice cream industry for over 25 years and have purchased used machines from other owners and brand new machines from the factory. My first choice is going to continually be Slices Concessions from now on.

Absolutely love Slices Concession. We’ve ordered two machines from them now and have had awesome customer service. Also, I’ve needed help from their tech team 2 times. Austin specifically helped me diagnose the problem, order a replacement, and followed up after to make sure it worked. Stellar customer service! These people are fantastic to work with from start to finish. they were very helpful with the selection of a machine for us. We had a problem with the install, and the tech walked us through the problem. It turned out that we had a problem with our service and had to have the power company fix it.
