Ines is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to make our dreams of having a Funfetti dessert bar come true. We knew from our first meeting that we were in great hands. We showed her pictures and ideas we had, and she was able to turn our vision into reality. We had a private tasting where we were able to try a wide selection of flavors for desserts, cake, filling, frosting and toppings. Everything was so delicious, it was honestly hard to pick what we wanted!! We ended up having a HUGE variety of flavors and assortment of dessert items, all incorporated with Funfetti! The best decision was hiring STL to bake our wedding cake. The cake was beautiful, but better yet, it was DELICIOUS!!!!! My guests did not stop raving about that cake and some of them were looking for second and third servings. We took our top cake tier home with us, but couldn't bring ourselves to freeze the whole top, so we only froze a slice. We wanted to keep eating it...so good! Ines is charming, professional and punctual. I recommend her for your most cherished special occasions. You will not be disappointed!

Ines is our whole family's go-to at this point for anything sweets-related! She has really knocked every special occasion out of the park with her unique flavors and intricate designs.

We worked with Ines at Sky's the Limit for our wedding cake through Separk Mansion's all-inclusive package. We were absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. The cake was exactly what we wanted and looked beautiful. Ines did a stunning job adding flowers to the cake and giving us the textured look we were looking for. Ines made my wedding cake. To describe my experience with Ines I would have to start from the being when I first emailed her to set up a tasting. To be honest I wasn't very impressed with the menu that was included with the Separk Mansion package and I was told I had to pay to taste any upgrade flavors. I was not very pleased when I heard this, but Ines was generous enough to extend the upgrade flavor for us to taste free of charge. I highly recommend these flavors: fresh strawberry, lemon lavender, and carrot cake. For my wedding, I went with a four tier lemon lavender cake with whipped icing.
