Sky Yoga & Coffee | SkyFlow & Pilates

Absolutely love this place! I walked in for the first time today and was welcomed by Ms Arshi. She is so warm and welcoming- just like her beautiful space. The cafe and studio have earthy tones which immediately made me feel calm and relaxed. The place is big, airy and feels so fresh. The coffee menu is great; I had the signature Sky latte which was not too sweet. Just perfect. There were a bunch of folks that were around after one of the yoga classes ended. I can see how this will become a regular place for meet-up’s and a place to have brainstorming sessions and discussions. Will be back - absolutely!!!

What a brilliant idea and incredible vibe! Everything about this place, from the delicious teas to the warm and skilled Instructors, is imbued with genuine and graceful intent. The Moon Room is a notable feature of the studio/cafe. The energy of the space is immediately calming and peaceful. In the cafe, there are electric outlets in all the right places and the intentional Feng Shui makes it feel spacious even when the room is full. I love this place and have told all my friends about it!

It’s a rare thing to encounter fitness facilities with such a welcoming environment. The yoga classes are varied and excellent. Lots of times available for anyone’s schedule (mine is a mess and there are times good for me!) , there are showers and sundries available if you need after class. Ms Arshi and her staff do such a great job welcoming anyone who walks thru the door. It’s hard to find that genuine warmth anywhere. This is what sets them apart from the rest. It’s a gem! Physically and mentally—there’s peace and fitness here! And good latte!

Sky Yoga Coffee combines two of my favorite things—Yoga + Coffee... (I do love the sky too, don’t get me wrong). But the real magic here? The yoga classes are amazing, and so is the coffee. This spot is a much-needed addition to Fort Bend County, especially since so many yoga studios went namaste forever after the pandemic. The owner, Arshi, is genuinely warm and, if she’s in the lobby, will greet you with a big smile. Her Sky Sounds class? Cosmically fantastic—but more on that later. The entire crew, from front desk (shout out to Illyanna) to baristas, is just solid. Speaking of which—let’s talk coffee. The baristas know their stuff. Friendly, skilled, and clearly experienced.
