Skooter's Restaurant

We chose this restaurant for it's proximity to our hotel; however, It turned out to be a very positive experience. The chili, fish and chips and fried whole belly clams were excellent. The seafood was fresh, not frozen. The fried egg and bacon sandwich was good but nothing special. Skooter's smelled heavily of fried food when we entered the establishment and we carried that smell back with us when we left. That wouldn't keep me from going back. The food, especially the seafood, was worth a visit.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I got french toast and home fries and together it was $15, and the food was really good. I will say, they go heavy on the cinnamon if you order French toast, so you may want to ask for less- but that's just personal preference :) The entire place was clean(including the bathrooms) as well, with nice decor and great staff. Would strongly recommend.

Came in they were busy and down a person 😞 got told my food might take a bit . But to tell you the truth customer service was amazing made you feel at home the food is classic dinner food very good. I got a pie before I got my food but as long as it took me to eat my pie boom 🤯 my food was there. You even get to see them cook it .I would highly recommend this place if your in the area .

The dinner was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! We ordered the seafood platter and grilled ham & cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions.The key ingredient was it had been cooked with love. Our waitress Alisha exemplified friendly customer service. She was pleasant, professional, and kind.The cook was excellent and cooked our meals hot, fresh, and made to order. He even shared they have pies for dessert. I ended up buying some apple pie slices and banana and cream pie slices. They tasted scrumptious! We will definitely be back to this outstanding restaurant! We heard the manager is really nice and passionate about her job too!

I came in today to have a meal, it was 25 minutes before I was seen as a customer. You know its on purpose when you watch them take every other order first before yours. The owner was there while this went on and was aware. Just giving light to the type of actual people here
