Sirloin Stockade

Was layed over for a few days in Rolla, The Best Western motel highly recommend the Sirloin Stockade. As a driver & Home Chef that travels and that sees many restaurants and buffets. I am so glad they did. The food was freash with plentiful options. The whole establishment was clean and comfortable. The staff was as friendly as can be, very welcoming as if you are at home. As for the price, I don't think you can beat it, you would pay as much for a single plat sitdown anywhere else and here you get choices and the amount you wish. Will be stopping back when through Rolla in the future.

My husband and I got 2 gift cards for a free meal for Christmas this year to eat here. We live a long way from here so superbowl Sunday was the only time we could get there. Two servers came up to the counter after we had been standing there for longer than we wanted and ignored us and walked off. Finally after a few more minutes, she came back and said they couldn't serve us tonight because it was to slow. Mind you there were at least 30 people in there. All we wanted was a salad. The salad bar was full but we were turned away. They could of let us at least fix a salad or took it to go. A waste of time after driving over an hour to get there. Coltons had less people and they were happy for us to come in. Probably won't be back to sirloin. Do better.

Server, Summer was very good, attentive and friendly. I ordered Cowboy Ribeye steak and it was good. The booth i sat in may be original booth seating from 1975 as it was broken seating not very comfortable and moved around a lot. Other than the minor seating issue I would still recommend especially if you like buffet style restaurant.

Very good variety of food and desserts, everything tasted great, even the pizza which is rare for a buffet👍

Wow oh wow oh wowie wow wow! At first the price for the buffet seemed high, but once I found out what all it included... oh my. It is worth it. Ribs, porkchops, fried catfish, salmon, shrimp cocktail, meatloaf, fried chicken, cheesy potatoes, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans, glazed carrots, taco bar, pasta bar with several noodle and sauce options along with a very tidy and fresh salad bar. My steak was cooked perfectly and the chicken fried chicken was 2 chicken breasts. in addition to this they have a bakery bat including soft serve vanilla ice cream with a handful of toppings. if you are visiting Rolla, check it out. I wish they would open a location in the KC metro.
