Great restaurants in Cedaredge. The elk tenderloin was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare with a nice sauce that compliments, but doesn’t take over the dish. The grits were good, but barely warm. The beef filet with a little garlic sauce was nicely prepared, but the fries were clearly not made in house, which would have been a nice complement. Beet salad was delicious and light on the dressing so you could enjoy the different flavors. The Grand Mesa cocktail is a delicious variation on a Manhattan. Also had a nice glass of red wine. Wait staff was a bit overwhelmed with only the bartender and one other staff member covering the floor, but with a little patience they did a nice job. I live nearly an hour away from Sips and I’m here weekly. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the stunning decor and the staff. The food is incredible and their entire team is fun, engaging and work so hard. I’ve read the reviews about staffing, please remember this is a very small mountain community and staffing is such a challenge as it’s never consistent with how busy a business is. All the businesses in our communities do their best, but it’s a challenge. Whomever did the one star, I completely disagree. As a consistent patron, there has never been a one start experience at Sips!

Wife and I enjoyed a Valentine’s delight. Cedarberry now has a big city eatery with class. The filet and lobster were perfect. The desert was unbelievable. Though I did do a Red Fox when the bill came it was worth every cent.

My wife and I had dinner here in the small town of Cedaredge, Colorado. What a surprising treat. The food was definatly up scale, but without the upscale price tag. Everything we had, from cocktails to dessert was absolutely delicious. The wine list was great too. Very interesting, and from all the major regions of the world, but not a bottle over $100. No 100% mark up. Service was awesome too! Highly recommended!

I had a lovely time, the service was really good and the owners Lana and Doug were very friendly and fair. I do not drink but they had mocktails for $5 and I was only charged a little over $2 for a cranberry and soda. I didn't try any food that night but I heard that it was great from the people around me, it's catered. It's a good place to go, listen to music and be with lots of friendly people. The seating is really nice too. I'll definitely be back to try the food. Thank you 👍
