I always get amazing service, the ladies that worked there are good at remembering your name and give you service with a smile. The coffee is fantastic. They’re doing a great job. Love the place.
I've been to several of the Sips locations. They're all amazing. The staff is so friendly and eager to serve the communities. I highly recommend stopping and checking out their amazing selection!
We waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. Coffee was mediocre at best. Service is extremely extremely slow but the barista was nice. Overall, disappointed it took so long. Unless they speed servic up we probably won't be back.
The customer service at the Newcastle location is always so great! They always great you with a smile and usually by name! It’s a wonderful experience every time!
The coffee tastes good and lots of options and I love that they have the app but they are slow. A few times I've been to pick up an order that says its ready I've been stuck 10+ minutes just waiting to get to the window.
