Superb spot. Picked up an iced coffee along with a bacon, egg, ham, and cheese croissant sandwich. Everything was fresh and high quality. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxed, with a super neat and clean indoor space and a nice, tucked-away outdoor seating area. The staff is extremely pleasant and kind. This will be my new Monday morning spot. The Bacon, egg, and avocado on sourdough might be my new favorite.

We walked from the pier along the boardwalk and it was magnificent. When we got there we got a ham and cheese croissant, which was delicious! The coffee was hot and tasty. The outdoor seating was close enough to the beach that you could hear the surf. The prices were great and we'll come back next time we're at the beach. Oh yeah, they are very dog friendly too!

A couple of times a year, I make the drive down A1A, and Sip and Surf is always a must-stop. They make a proper cappuccino — not too milky, just right — and their breakfast sandwich is fantastic. The ocean is right across the street, so you get the relaxing sound of the waves while you sit and enjoy it. It’s the perfect place to start your morning or stop in for an afternoon espresso. Always a highlight of the drive.

What a gem of a small coffee house in Flagler Beach. They serve a nice variety of coffee drinks including crafted hot or cold and seasonal options. Usually there is only one worker that is friendly and efficient. The environment is very tranquil.
