Sip & Savor

Recently I finally got the chance to check out Sip & Savor. This one located in Bronzeville has a very cozy & welcoming vibe when you come in. From the unique art of historic black figures, to the hard working baristas that make you feel right at home. Me and my gf ordered the Honey Lavender latte, Apple Pie latte, Carrot muffin, Apple danish, and the turkey breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious. They do prepare everything fresh for you so expect a small wait time when you arrive , especially if it’s busy. I can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely LOVE! The cafe has a very relaxing, community atmosphere. I really enjoyed the music they played and the art that decorated the shop. My americano was also delicious. There’s plenty of seating and places to charge your phone. They also have lots of non-espresso and hot food options. If I lived closer I would be a regular for sure.

This was my first time at this specific location but my 5th time at a Sip&Savor, and I must say that there is a high-level of cosistency at each location I have been to! The staff is kind and approachable, the coffee is delicious, the teas are wonderful and the pastries are delectable! Always stellar vibes and atmosphere. It's both homely and engaging. Love the converstational Black art pieces in the decor as well. (Peep the Iverson mural) The pricing of the items are very reasonable. I bought an Americano for $5 and a caramel apple cider for $4.50. Recommendation is a no-brainer!

This is exactly the coffee shop you want in your neighborhood. Consistently great drinks every time. No guessing, no surprises. Excellent pastries. Friendly, welcoming staff who clearly care about what they’re doing. Every neighborhood needs a place like this. Skip the drive-thru, come here instead, you’ll be glad you did.
