Joni is amazing, and she just happens to be a phenomenal baker!! I just had the best banana bread of my life!! And, that’s amazing, as I am gluten intolerant now, and cannot have the treats of my past! This bread was the best texture and flavor, just perfect!! AND, that’s after arriving in Texas! Just like grandma’s! As a person who has chosen a gluten free lifestyle, I miss out on some things. Banana bread no longer is one of my foods to avoid. I ordered the gluten free banana bread in mini and standard size loaves. Both exceeded expectations! Thank you for accommodating us folks avoiding wheat flours. I look forward to trying your gf chocolate chip cookies next!

First and foremost, the apple crisp pie is absolutely incredible and I could never speak highly enough of it. The apple slices mesh so perfectly with the crisp and the flavor is of course massive and incredible. Also needing to be mentioned is the blueberry/lemon/zucchini bars, of which I ate most of an entire pan. I still can't wrap my head around how it works, but those ingredients combined with Joni's baking skills just produce sheer magic. I give it 11/10 Zucchinis. Truly great stuff, guys. Thank you.
