Simply Thai Restaurant

Update - 4/2025 I have been coming to this place for the last three years since I moved into the area and it’s always delicious. The food here is no different than most of the Thai restaurants you’ll find in Florissant but for some reason, there’s some really great dishes on the menu here that have a different taste then some of the other Thai restaurants. 1/2023 Outstanding Thai food! This is their newer location after moving from their original but don’t let this small footprint restaurant fool you. They make plenty of classic Thai dishes. They are also excellent at catering to any allergies or dietary restrictions!

Yes, they are open and I am so glad they are back. They just moved to the Paddock Hills Plaza Shopping Center, by the big post office on Lindbergh! I finally got back to them earlier this week, and, as always, the food is fantastic. The new place looks great, and everything was clean and bright. I don’t know the proper name for what I had, but it was glass noodles with vegetables and chicken, and it was not spicy, which is just how I wanted it. It was great. My friend had the red curry with beef, which came out beautifully plated, and he said it was really spicy and really good. The vegetables in both dishes were crispy, but not overly crispy, and the meats were tender. Everything was super fresh! Oh, I also got the Thai iced tea, which is always excellent.

I came in and asked for a recommendation and Pad Thai and Spring Rolls. Hey didn't disappoint.. the food was great, hot and just right. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I can't say enough about the FOOD.

Came in for the first time tonight. Pictures online looked amazing. My wife ordered the drunken noodles. She did not get drunken noodles. I understand you run out of certain things sometimes but at least tell me or offer something to make up for it instead of just giving her ramen or spaghetti, whatever it was. The yellow curry was amazing, which is the only reason you're getting two stars instead of one.

I called at 7:00 on Xmas eve, I understand they closed at 8, but the person on the phone essentially told me they were closing and to order right now and not come in. So, I said "I guess I'll go somewhere else", and he responded "okay, goodbye". I have never been so confused, I've never had a business turn me away simply because they closed in an hour
