Simply Phở

I tried the Tofu Vermicelli bowl with a spring roll today and it was surprisingly good! The tofu was seasoned perfectly with lemongrass and onions, giving it a nice savory kick. The spring roll was super crunchy and added a great texture to the fresh herbs and noodles. It’s a light yet filling meal, perfect if you want something healthy but still full of flavor. Definitely a must-try if you're looking for a meat-free option that doesn't compromise on taste!

I love how they decorated the restaurant, it brings the cozy atmosphere, suitable for hanging out, spending good grief time with friends and family. I once had this “Phở Tái” (Beef Phở) and it’s now my favorite, my friend ordered this “Bún Thịt Nướng” (Grilled Pork rice noodle), those two were real tasty. The price is reasonable for such this experience, I would probably comeback to try different Vietnamese cuisines they have.

Me and my friends had such great meal this lunch ordering House Special fried rice and Rice platter with chop pork. The portion is so big and it’s tasteful, their waiters friendly helped us to pick the specialties. The atmosphere is warm and cozy fit for family or friend group hanging out there. I would highly recommend Simply Phở for you guys and definitely I would comeback for good food!

I ordered the mixed stir-fry with chicken, beef, shrimp, and vegetables, and it came out looking colorful and fresh. The menu has many options to choose from, and I loved how the sauce was flavorful while the meat stayed tender and juicy. The portion was filling and felt like great value, and the service was fast even during a busy time. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it a nice place for both family meals and casual hangouts near campus. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

I went back to Simply Pho recently, this time with my family, and it was just as good as I remembered. I decided to try their rice dishes, and they were really tasty. The portions were just right ,filling but not too heavy, and everything was cooked perfectly. My parents enjoyed it a lot too, which made me really happy. The restaurant has such a warm, cozy vibe, and it’s definitely a great spot for a family meal. We had a lovely time together and will definitely come back again.
