Simple Simon's Pizza

Deserves 0 stars. This is the second time we have ordered from here. I ordered two calzones and asked to add Canadian bacon to both. I drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back home. Our calzones are nothing but ALOT of cheese and very few Canadian bacon pieces. No sausage, no pepperoni. It’s gross. There is so much cheese and it’s not even melted all the way. I called to complain and asked for a refund. The same lady answered the phone that took my order. She even knew she messed up but told me I would have to bring all the pizza back at 2pm the next day to receive a refund. What a joke. The cheese sticks are nasty. Save yourself a headache and drive over to the Simple Simon’s in Gravette. We have been there multiple times and it has been fantastic food and service every time. $35 wasted

Clean exterior Cons 1. Inside is pretty narrow / easily crowded 2. Not many parking places 3. Parking spots barely lined 4. Clutter / cramped inside

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered three stromboli for my dinner, got there a little late due to the weather and was told that they only made one stromboli and shut down the kitchen. We don't usually complain but this was our dinner and we called to make a complaint and was told that he was filling in and he's part of the family so it didn't matter that my kid didn't eat dinner. We come all the way from Arkansas because it's usually good but we will never eat here again. I have never seen such carelessness and rudeness to customers that make your business.

Fast, Maybe to Fast never asked for Sausage on my calzone, says Regular on my Recipe was suppose to be Pepperoni & they threw the season packets all over my Pizza.

They make great pizzas and always have it done when they say they will. Never had any trouble with them. The decent prices are a huge bonus.
