Simple Simon's Pizza

This weekend was the THIRD time I've called in an order for pickup and when I walked in, my pizza wasn't even started. ALL THREE TIMES. I have no idea if it was the same two guys or not. Were they polite to me? Yes. Was I polite to them. Yes. And I prepare for them to be "late" as usual, so I go in a tad late. But when I go in on time or late, I want it ready. This weekend I walked in a tad late. Walked up to the counter and told the guy my name and he looked unfamiliar, and literally on the counter in front of me was my order on the ticket pad, not torn off yet. "Inside" I was livid! It went as usual, I'll get right on that Rose....but he said " Oh man, so and so didn't even get me this order, I'll get it started right now". I said you haven't even started it??? He said no maa

I placed a pizza order via phone, was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I show up for my order on time, two males are behind the counter blaming each other that the order never got made! One of the guys starts to make it and tells me that he will start it now. I told him not to bother and I left.

Takes for an hour to a hour and a half to get a pizza done
