Simple Simon's Pizza

Well it's sad I have to make this review. My husband and I come to this pizza place weekly. That's not going to happen anymore after how I was treated today. I made an order and got to the restaurant 20 minutes later to pick it up and was told it would be 10 more minutes. I said that's fine I'll wait and move out of the way if someone else comes. Then another 20 plus minutes go by and I was told sorry we got more large orders and we haven't even started yours and won't be for awhile. 1. Why was my order of two pizzas pushed out of the way and not made for an hour one was literally a small cheese pizza. 2. I asked for a cancellation and refund because I was lied to and never given food and they refused to refund me. So now we have to report it as fraud to our bank. It's sad when one bad emp

They forgot to order our pizza, made my husband wait at the window...they rushed it, burnt it and didn't even give us the full correct order, which is half pepperoni/half Supreme... this is a 3/4 pepperoni, so 1 person will not get what they ordered.. This has happened so may times with this establishment, I'm just extremely disappointed and my family of 5...will NOT return as a weekly's, will give our business to Okmulgee

Don't judge a book by its cover! The salad bar is small, but everything was fresh, and it was kept tidy and restocked. Good number of hot items to choose from, I just wished there was a cheese or spinach pizza put out while we were there. The only item I wasn't a fan of was the cinnamon sticks - they were kinda tough.

Waited forever for a calizone that was cold in middle and taste like cardboard
