Simple Pleasures Bed & Breakfast

Beautiful home run by beautiful hearted people. Felt right at home. Very accommodating and helpful with recommendstions. Breakfast was beautiful, made from scratch, and all house guests enjoyed the meal together. One of my favorite stays I have ever been at. There is a station for tea and coffee all day with some treats that are homemade. It is a quick 20 minute drive to Lancaster where there is plenty of food options, activities, and more. Great base to be when visiting since it is quiet and safe. I will be coming back again with family.

What an amazingly beautiful experience we had. Although our stay was short, we received the warmest welcome, a lovely room and the most delicious breakfast. Everything was just perfect and it felt more like home than a simple place to rest our heads. We enjoyed meeting new people and the conversation around the table. I can not recommend a stay at Simple Pleasures B&B enough. If you are going to spend some time in Lancaster County, you won't find a better place to stay. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The property was beautifully maintained and colorful, and was a blast to explore. The common areas were clean and cozy, and the front porch's farm view was breathtaking. We enjoyed it so much that we found it tough to leave the property. At the center of it all are Melanie & Arnold, the incredible hosts. Melanie's warm and welcoming spirit was only outmatched by her delicious breakfast. She and her family made sure all of our needs were met, and could not have been more kind, generous, and fun to talk to. We had the best time staying with the Martins for Mothers Day weekend. What a beautiful and warm family. Melanie prepared the most delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, French toast,fluffy eggs, juice, milk and coffee. There is a 24/7 drink bar filled with goodies and drinks- lots of variety. The entire family made us feel so welcomed and the special touches were above and beyond wonderful! If you can get into Melanie’s B & B you are in for the treat of a lifetime🌺Rooms are very clean, the house is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing. The back yard is absolutely gorgeous.
