I just tried Simon's Mountain Top BBQ today at a catering event, and it is really good. The smoked pulled chicken and pork were very tender with no fat. The smoked mac-n-cheese and spicy cole slaw were very good too; not boring but with good flavor. The bbq sauces are also very good. Their food presentation is very well put together and a clean colorful layout. These folks know how to make good bbq with tasty sides.
Absolutely recommend Simon's Mountain Top BBQ! The smoked burnt ends and fresh cut fries are very delicious. Other than the food tasting amazing, I'd like to shout out Shawn and Lisa for going above and beyond to provide great customer service. If you want to work with a truly hardworking and passionate team and love BBQ, look no further than Simon's Mountain Top BBQ!
