Just delivered a crib for a resident who is expecting a visit from their grandchildren. The guard at the gate house is so efficient and extremely nice. Also, the residents are very friendly at this condominium. It is a really nice complex.

I’ve lived at Silver Sands for 20 years. It is a spotless condominium community, beautifully landscaped, right on St. Pete Beach, and has wonderful amenities. The community is self managed and the service is stellar as a manager, office assistant, maintenance, and guard staff is on property 24/7. It is a relatively small community, 3 building 300 owners, many only here for season.

Rude employees. Would not recommend to anyone I like. There are other much nicer locations to spend your money. Staff likes to question your every move. No fun!

It was beautiful. Soft sand, plenty of area, and cooling water. Make sure you bring sunscreen because if you don't you WILL get burnt.
