First time here and the food and staff was amazing....until some Karen came in cussing the staff. The staff handled it very professional and were still nice😳 I would have told her to pound sand cussing the staff calling them rude??? They were very busy and I can see why everything is ordered was delicious 😋 😋 😋 I ordered way to much but wanted to try everything 😅 Great job ladies🙌

This is easily my go to sandwich shop when I’m in Cheyenne for work. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the sandwiches are consistently awesome! Plus, I’ve never had to wait any longer than five minutes for my food, this place is super efficient. Highly recommended!

Customer service is such an important factor, especially in industries like the food service, retail, and hospitality industries. Whether it's something simple as a customer picking up a takeout order or someone dining in, it's important to exhibit great customer service in every customer interaction, even if it's a brief visit. With all that said, this silver mine location really blew me away with their superb customer service when I was picking up a recent order. I wasted my money here bad, won't do that twice. Workers staff was great just terrible subs edging on inedible i threw mine out and made a sandwich when i got home. honestly if the food here was free I wouldn't go and It was very very expensive for a sub.

Ordered on DoorDash @12:30am. I could already tell, that there were no drivers on the app once I ordered. Dillon LITERALLY brought my food RIGHT TO ME, at the Pilot truck stop, right up the street. Called in to let them know how much I appreciate it. Truckers normally don’t get get a lot of options. Tim sounded pretty cool as well. GREAT customer service. Thank you!
