Silver Falls Family YMCA

A nice local pool managed by the YMCA. Members get discounts but you don't need a membership to use the pool. It is uncovered in the summer and covered in the winter. There are 3 pools, including a splash pool for little ones, a 3' pool for older kids and a full lap pool. There are tables, chairs and bleachers for spectators. They have life jackets to loan and lifeguards on duty. There are 2 parking areas and it is next to the creek and there are parks and playgrounds near the pool

Nice venue. We were warned that it would be cold; tonight it was comfortable. Needs more seating available. Parking also an issue - most of the parking spaces were reserved for local families. We had to park quite a way from the venue.

Absolutely love this pool. It's well maintained, and it's so nice that you can swim outside! AND it's surrounded by great parks too! You can get yourself clean! You can have a great bike! You can have a great run! You can do whatever you feel~ It's fun to stay at the YMCA! :D

Cindy is the best at keeping our chatty group focused! Once we get started she gives us the water aerobic exercises we need each day! We need her 3 days a week! We also need 3 working toilets every day plus hot water for showers. Dressing room is very dated. Time for an update.

Very nice community pool, with life vests for non swimmers, lifeguards, swim lessons, water exercise classes, swim teams, and community events. Covered in winter and open air in summer. Pool has big shallow part for younger swimmers, with zero depth entry to walk in, separate from deeper pool with lap lanes.
