Silla del Toro

We just had a great birthday party here last night. The manager is very knowledgeable about all the dishes. In the end we enjoyed 5 courses. (No room for 6th). The people are very warm and welcome. The environment and atmosphere is very enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time having dinner tonight at Silla del Toro. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Natalie took such great care of me. I asked for a red wine to pair with the steak and the Cab Malbec blend was absolutely perfect. Next time I’m in Roswell, I will certainly be back to try more of their menu!

This place is fantastic. The small tapa plates allow you to have a taste of their menu . Staff is very welcoling and professional Hunter (manager) was helpful an talked to us long about recommendations and restaurant insights. Don’t miss the New Zélande lamb Chops and the gambas al ajillo! Their gin and tonic « make it your own » is so creative Austin, their bartender is fantastic. Cocktails are created with a seasonal twist. Definitely worth visiting and making it a go to!!

We went to a private event here and wow, everything was AMAZING! You HAVE TO try the potatoes and the steak bites… honestly, I’d come back just for those two. The food was out of this world—I’m still questioning if the chef is secretly a magician. I rarely give 5 stars, but they absolutely earned it. If I could give 6, I would! Trust me, your taste buds will send you a thank-you card.

Everything was incredibly delicious. Cherri and Sam were so gracious. We enjoyed the pulpo, patatas bravas, Mac & cheese, and the empanadas. We will definitely be back for some more.
