Enjoyed brunch here. The avocado toast with fried egg was very good. Our server, Nick was very friendly and provided good service.

Make sure you ask for Justin he is a top of the line waiter. Side Bar truly sets the gold standard for dining establishments. My dining experiences at Side Bar have been nothing short of exceptional. I've had the pleasure of visiting this establishment several times on my short trip here and each time has been a testament to their commitment to excellence. The food consistently stands out for its exceptional quality, and it arrives at your table with impressive speed. The service has been consistently outstanding, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one. I have tried their brisket sandwich, cheeseburger and chicken wings. All three were outstanding. Cannot wait to go back for more. I highly recommend going to Side Bar if you have not!

This place has a fantastic staff and some of the best food i have had in a very long time that i didn't cook myself! Side Bar is always one of my first picks for food in Sumter. Smoked everything for the BBQ lovers, and don't miss out on their Taco Tuesday menu! Pro tip: the Tuesday menu changes, so repeat business is strongly recommended.

My parter and I stayed at the Hyatt downtown and as a local beer lover, I saw this place was next door and had to pay a visit. I have to shoutout Grayson, our server, for being so genuinely kind and making our experience all the better. Though there aren’t many plant-based options on the menu, I was able to work with them to create a delicious vegan strawberry salad and vegetarian-friendly burrito. If you don’t have room for food, you should definitely come by to enjoy the patio and have one of their homemade frozen drinks! And of course my favorite, the local beers from around South Carolina and some Sumter-specific brews as well. The value of the food, drinks, and experience is well worth it.

Everything I’ve ever eaten in this establishment is great! Salads, fried shrimp, bbq pork and brisket, and wings!
