If you are looking for traditional Sichuan Chinese food in San Antonio, this is the spot. The food has spice, but it’s a flavorful spice and not over the top. Lo Mein is cooked perfectly and very balanced flavors. The pot stickers are crispy and filled with tons of meat. Hand folded wontons in the classic chili oil pack a punch of heat but absolutely delicious. The Don pork belly is out of this world good. It was cooked to perfection and the wife’s favorite dish. The bok choy served on the plate was tender and a nice bonus. The star of the show for me was the Crispy Chicken from the classic Sichuan side of the menu. Talk about a flavor punch! The chicken was moist and fried the right way. The spice levels were just right and it might actually be my favorite Chinese dish ever. The staff

As a Chinese eating American Chinese food. I rate this place a 2 out of 5. From what I can see picking up my food. This place is run by all non Chinese people, from management to servers. Not quite sure about the cooks in the back. The interior is just very basic tables and plastic chairs from IKEA. A few lanterns to give you the Chinese vibe. Floor is dirty, decoration is very minimal. Food came out relatively quick I have to give them that. We stayed at a nearby hotel within 10 mins, we didn’t think the drive of the 10 mins would degrade the food. The lo mei with chicken was full of sauce and they used the flat noodles like you would eat in a soup noodle. String beans are alright however we usually have this dish with minced pork but it did not come with it. Salt and pepper fish were so

DO NOT let the stupid reviews on here deter you from all this delicious food. I looked up the reviews AFTER eating here tonight (THANK GOD). This place has only gotten better. I tried this spot with family members about a year ago. It was great, which is why we were back tonight. My wife and I started with (super basic order) Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoons, and steamed Veggie Wontons. I got the sesame chicken and she got the sweet and sour chicken. But you could tell absolutely everything was homemade, hand battered, crafted in the back. We were checked on multiple times and the manager came did a table touch to verify everything was delicious. I won’t lie, in this economy, I would have paid more for great service and amazing food like this. All you other 1 star review people, enjoy your Mc

I literally just got home from picking up my order knowing it might be a gamble because I've never ate here before, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. I spent almost $50 on what was supposed to be three items and only received two. The Szechuan salt and pepper shrimp were alright — they were dry and greasy, like they’d been sitting out. The pork fried rice was overly greasy, and the pork had an off, old taste, like it had been rushed out after sitting in the fridge. I also never received the cucumber side I ordered. On top of that, they charge $0.25 per sauce packet. I paid for one soy sauce and one duck sauce and didn’t receive either. The restaurant was empty when I picked up, so there’s really no excuse for getting such a simple order wrong — especially at this price point. I won

First time in so ordered a bunch of things. The dumplings were especially good. We enjoyed the pork belly and Mongolian beef. The crispy chicken is great and added a good spicy kick to the meal.
