Customer Reviews
Customer service speaks volumes, especially when it’s your first time entering A restaurant, try patience with a smile. I should of stuck with one item and tried it out first, But I went ahead and added on some chicken wings. These were the most greasy slimy, gooey, chicken wings I have ever seen in my life! They tasted like old grease, And to tell you the truth, I’m not quite sure if it was chicken because it was so rubbery/slippery. The food tasted like it was all just done anyhow., it was like there was little effort- maybe because of the neighborhood they we’re in? !? 😕 I went straight to another Chinese restaurant, but I won’t go here again.
The food sucks!! Crab Rangoon was overcooked and stuffing ran out. Eggroll sucked. The whole meal sucked. Do not waste your money. Oh and customer service sucks too!!
Disgusting! Found something in my food other than chicken, looked like a bird or rat! Took it back & the lady did not deny that it wasn’t chicken. She told me herself it was not chicken and that she didn’t know what it was, they just ordered it! I hate this place & would definitely not recommend!!
This is the worse Chinese food I have ever had. The egg drop soup was thin and watered down, not the tasty flavor I am used to. The noodles for the soup came in a manufactured package and not prepared in house. It definitely makes a difference in how they taste. Only ate 3 spoonfuls of the soup and could not eat anymore. We both had General Tso’s Chicken & it didn’t look like it normally looks elsewhere which was kind of a warning. There was very little if any spicy flavor to it, rather bland in fact.we ate very little of it. The only thing good about the dinner was the fried rice. We both agree the fried rice tasted good and it was totally consumed. It was a very disappointing dinner for 2 people looking forward to having a Chinese meal. We did not eat in the restaurant but had it to go
Yeah, the young lady at the counter is a little antisocial over the phone and in person lol. It didn't make me feel any type of way though. Food was pandemic-pricey ($10 with tax for the combination plate you see here which included an egg roll). The entree tasted great. The egg roll was small and looked burned or refried but it was good too (ate it before I could snap a pic lol). She quoted me to be ready in 10 minutes. I walked in a little later and the order was still piping hot. Grab your sauce(s), napkins and utensils on your way out the door. None of that was included in my bag. Soda selection was skimpy. Not sure who their beverage supplier/distributer is but Food Lion is right next door lol. They're definitely in my lunch/dinner rotation when I'm in this neck of the woods.
