ShopRite from Home

Pretty good. Everything was correct and delivered correctly and quickly. The delivery woman was friendly and hardworking. I personally wouldn't use the service often, as I like to shop for myself, but it was a good experience. The fee wasn't bad either, it's a much better option than meal kit delivery if you like to make your own recipes.

Very displeased with shop from home. I've been a ShopRite customer in various locations for over 30 years. Recently using shop from home in the Oakland, NJ location and my order is never correct. This has happened several times even after substitutions have been approved and items confirmed. Whoever is picking the items off the shelf is obviously not diligent in selecting what was ordered. Not only are items wrong, I've gotten items not ordered and then some items missing all together. Unless there are no other alternatives, sad to say I'll be leaving this ShopRite location.

ordered 2 weeks ago and they cancelled the order after taking the delivery fee, they said the EBT didn’t go through. so we replaced the order again. waited another entire week and when the delivery came they only brought HALF the order. the food that they did give us is gonna expire in the next couple days, including 2 gallons of milk. they have a shop from home AND delivery fee that they charged us twice and still haven’t refunded the first one from two weeks ago. basically it’s a waste of time and money, you’re better off just going to the store at least the delivery guy was nice 🤷🏼‍♀️

I ordered Shoprite from Home and opted to pick my order up. When I pulled into the designated spot , the ShopRite employee was helping another ShopRite from Home customer. When he finished with that customer he walked back into the store. I assumed he would return to help me but that wasn’t the case. I waited five minutes, then proceeded to follow the provided instructions and texted the given number to say that I was here to pick up my order. The automated system acknowledged my text and stated someone would be out shortly. During that time another car arrives. I waited another ten minutes then called the store. Is there anything better than a smiling delivery guy showing up on your front porch with all your shopping about 20 minutes after you get home from work? On a sloppy, snowy evening? What a time saver! SOOOOO convenient!! I LOVE shop rite from home. They even walked the deliveries right into my kitchen while I was on crutches last year. I was hesitant to order produce at first, but as the shopper fills my cart, they call me if the freshness is iffy (or if an item on the order is out of stock so I can request a replacement). I did the math: Shop Rite prices are so great, i can shop from home and have my order delivered for less than the same items would cost for me to shop in person at another store.
